⚡ Lead, Build, and Deliver – Your Responsibilities

Lead the Team in Expanding IB Networks & Revenue Growth 💰

  • Guide and mentor the team to identify, acquire, and nurture IBs (Introducing Brokers), including professional traders, fund managers, and corporate accounts.
  • Develop and oversee strategic initiatives to strengthen IB relationships, optimize performance, and maximize trading volumes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with revenue growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at global expos, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand the IB network.

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies 📈

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s reach.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention strategies to increase trading volumes and customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

Partnership & Affiliate Management 🤝

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs (Introducing Brokers), and institutional clients.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and revenue-sharing models.
  • Optimize partnership performance through customized incentives and tailored solutions.

Strategic Market Expansion 🌍

  • Identify and penetrate new regions with high trading potential, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop localized strategies for different target markets, adapting to regional trading behaviors.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure business expansion aligns with regulatory frameworks.

Product & Service Optimization 🚀

  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance trading platforms and services.
  • Ensure that clients receive best-in-class trading conditions, features, and support.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and innovations in the forex and fintech space.

🚀 The Expertise & Skills You Need to Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within the fintech / financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting and monitoring KPIs to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
  • Proven track record in optimizing operational processes, enhancing reporting frameworks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management skills, with experience in overseeing multiple departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services and experience implementing operational compliance measures.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present strategic insights to leadership.
  • Proficiency in process automation and operational technology, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
