We are looking for a Partnership Manager ( BDM) with experience in the CFD industry to identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs). This role is crucial in expanding our global presence by developing strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and IBs who drive client acquisition and trading volume.


The ideal candidate is a proactive networker with a deep understanding of the CFD/forex market, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of building high-performing IB networks.

⚡ Lead, Build, and Deliver – Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners to grow the company’s market reach.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing IBs, ensuring continued engagement and increased trading volumes.
  • Develop customized partnership structures and commission plans, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings for IBs.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize revenue-sharing models based on IB performance and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze IB performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and compliance, to optimize partner support and engagement.
  • Attend industry expos, networking events, and conferences to establish relationships and promote the company’s IB program.
  • Keep up to date with forex industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring the company remains competitive in partnership strategies.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior partnership, business development, or sales leadership role within the financial industry (CFDs).
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling IB (Introducing Broker) networks, affiliate programs, and institutional partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities, with a deep understanding of commercial agreements and revenue-sharing models.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with high-level stakeholders, partners, and investors.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to operate within a fast-scaling, structured organization even if coming from a smaller or startup environment.
